Arrival Time

In order to have the best experience, client will be seen on a first-come-first-served basis, unless a reservation was made ahead of time. As a courtesy to our other clients, we adhere to prompt appointment schedule. Late appointments may not be honored.

Gift Vouchers

If paying by gift vouchers, the service amount will be deducted from the balance. Any remaining amount will remain on the gift voucher and will not be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment

Lost Property

We ask clients to look after their property while at Fancy Nails as we are unable to take responsibility for items left unattended.

Nail Aftercare Service

In the event you chip your nails within two days, please contact us to arrange a time for a repair. Outside this period there will be a small fee, please refer to the price list.

All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange or refund.
